"AI" is absolutely and ONLY a marketing term, and at this point if it's being used, the intent behind it is to overpromise to the consumer/end user on the program's actual capabilities. And, of course, none of the "AI" is actually intelligent in any meaningful way.

CEOs, billionaires, and college students who don't want to write anything themselves love "AI" but it's feeling more and more like a bubble that will burst. There's a Ponzi scheme-like quality to these claims that the next iteration will better.

If Ticketmaster can have the audacity to charge a service fee, then you can apply for that job/text that crush/write that novel.

Indies need our support to thrive & build community spaces for all...mega-retailers do not.
