Heaven fucking forbid that we spare a thought for children, the elderly, the chronically ill, the disabled, the vulnerable.

And listen I know that me skeeting this means nothing in terms of inciting collective change. But it feels good to vent about why I’m so pissed about not being able to sleep.

I am so sick (pun intended) of people justifying their selfish choices using things like CDC guidelines because it interferes less with *their lives.* Heaven forbid that we look at things like that with a critical lens. Heaven forbid that we consider staying home to protect others from getting sick.
