I did my first Alexander Technique session today. Absolutely loved it!

04.03.2026 21:16 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0My son just read the first chapter of Hitch Hikers Guide to me. He especially enjoyed βbeware of the leopardβ. Feeling like a very happy dad.

04.03.2026 13:27 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Iβm not sure youβll get away with calling either Luton or Leeds the midlands though.
04.03.2026 11:57 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I joined the Green Party today π

27.02.2026 12:59 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Itβs a pity that Tarantino is such a weirdo pervazoid. Some of his films are great but honestly the cringey lingering shots of feet! Stop making the audience part of your kink you creep.
27.02.2026 12:58 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0He writes like a LinkedIn wanker
27.02.2026 09:23 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Well thatβs encouraging. Maybe Labour will learn from it and give up their weird obsession with courting the racists. And if they donβt, theyβre becoming less relevant by the day anyway. 2029 is going to be a country of tactical voters hoping they are doing the right thing.
27.02.2026 05:20 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Really sad to see this news. Red Dwarf was a huge part of growing up for me, and Iβve enjoyed introducing it to my son. (Seeing his gleeful repetition of βeverybodyβs dead, Daveβ reassured me of its continuing appeal!) www.beyondthejoke.co.uk/content/1719...
26.02.2026 21:47 β π 7 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Maybe now will be. (That would be very good and sensible, but Iβm not holding my breath)
26.02.2026 16:22 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I want everyone to be happy but I also want the previous Twitter board (Iβm looking at you Jack, Bret, Parag, Martha, β¦) to regularly wake up in absolute horror at what they allowed to happen. The singular solution to extend the light of consciousness my absolute arse.

25.02.2026 21:24 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Imagine being a civil servant who has seen the chaos around Civil Service Pensions recently, and even been affected by that chaos, and still deciding to award Capita a contract to mange the payroll of 250,000 fellow civil servants. It demonstrates admirable impartiality but lacks any common sense.
25.02.2026 21:21 β π 9 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0(I felt dirty going there today, which I did only to check something Iβd seen on Reddit that hadnβt yet made its way onto the web!)
25.02.2026 21:14 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Since @pcsunionlondon.bsky.social have posted this in The Other Place but not here, Iβll do it for them. PCS is reporting that Cabinet Office has named Capita as preferred bidder for a Β£700,000,000 civil service payroll contract. Wow. CS pensions is quite the case study. /cc @radiobeartime.com
