Imagine being a civil servant who has seen the chaos around Civil Service Pensions recently, and even been affected by that chaos, and still deciding to award Capita a contract to mange the payroll of 250,000 fellow civil servants. It demonstrates admirable impartiality but lacks any common sense.

(I felt dirty going there today, which I did only to check something I’d seen on Reddit that hadn’t yet made its way onto the web!)
