Thanks to the power of inter library loan I have finished Ranma 1/2. All in all a fun read. Some parts are dated. I safely can say, it is a feminist work taking shots at the status quo through humor and Akane's killer style. Sure, it took ~25 years to read all of it but I'm glad I did.

When you grow up spoiled not realizing most places don't have a theatre like this anymore. The organ player before the movie starts etc etc. and to think it is going to be 100 years old in 2026!
