The Trump admin paused immigration raids last week at:
Farms and agricultural sites
Hotels and lodging establishments
Restaurants and eateries
Food processing facilities/factories and meatpacking plants
I've noticed it also used for police. Which that dilutes the specificity of prevention in a way.
