Most kids in BC live too far from their schools to walk is my point. If you wish to change the clock backs every year, it's a wish for a very very tiny slice of the population, and increasing risk on the roads for everyone else.

Most kids in BC don't walk to school. Most kids I've known for 30 years are on a bus long before sunrise anyway.
