Took about six weeks. Stopped using Hydralyte after training (twice a week) and my wife has cut the amount of salt she uses in cooking. Not a huge change. Seems too easy but my whole family has high blood pressure so I figured it was hereditary

Thank you. You’re very kind.

Oh I’m checking mine twice a day to keep an eye on it

I mean I don’t claim to be intelligent but I know what you mean. Everyone in my family has high BP but they eat garbage or way too much and don’t do enough exercise. So I was just being a bit butthurt that I put in the work and still had it. But it seems to have sorted itself out by cutting salt

It’s not that I don’t trust them, not at all. It was just that I didn’t want to have to go on them because I felt annoyed that even though I look after myself I had this problem. I’m vaxxed up the wazoo. I was just being dumb.

Yeah we hardly eat any processed food and we take care of ourselves so I wonder if I have an annoying genetic sensitivity or something.

Yep, we think hydralyte might have been a big contributor

But thank you again. You set me straight and made me realise it probably wasn't that big of a deal if I did take meds.

Hello to all those kind people saying sensible things to me about my blood pressure and my whingeing about maybe having to take meds the other day.

I don't know how, but the few changes we made seem to have worked and it's dropped down into entirely reasonable territory.

"Would you care for an orange juice?"

Only if it needed me.

Kills me every time.

It was a no-win situation so why not go big?

Oh hey. I’m on ABC Radio Sydney now.

Oh there were cars with the tacho in front of the driver but I think we had the speedo there in Australia but a few slipped through. Because Italian.

Tacho in the middle. Wonder if there was some ADR drama?

It’s all going absolutely splendidly.

It’s more fundamental than that. He’s saying he’s there to make oppressed people laugh but he’s being paid by the oppressors.

That makes no sense at all.

Bill Burr is a colossal moron and is digging in the wrong direction.

I had no idea about the Nissan Twin Spark and my first reaction was that it was in the Nissan Cherry/Alfa Arna thing. But no, whole different thing.

According to Wikipedia it was the Z engine. Stanza might have had it too.

I think Alfa was the only one silly enough to try that. With Italian electrics no less.

Just two. Maybe this person had more spark plugs than is considered sensible, they loved a twin spark plug per cylinder setup.

Few do. The person who buys that car is getting a bargain in the sense that the total spend will be $10k fewer than…lemme see…about $300 million.
