I had a run in with ICE snatching a man out of his car while walking my children to school this morning in NW DC

I asked a neighbor to continue walking my kids to school and I turned back to document and confront the ICE agents.

today’s information came out piecemeal, and people should be able to share their own situations on their own time, but I could share this much ^ as it is pretty cut and dry on the facts.

Teen Vogue also no longer has any trans staffers as of today.

I was laid off from Teen Vogue this week, alongside multiple other phenomenal team members.

At our Summit, I was asked how it felt to be 1 of 2 Black women left and what that meant for representation. Now, there are no Black women at Teen Vogue and that is incredibly painful to think about.

Final Thoughts: The Siege of Jadotville depicts a battle between Irish soldiers and mercenaries in the Congo in 1961. As a film, it is well shot, directed, and acted with excellent scenes. As politics, it rights a wrong as the Irish government tried to cover up the battle. Well done. #hatm

Okay - it's crappy that the details in this article were left out at the end. It should have been pointed out that the soldiers up for commendation were ignored and that Quinlan's family upheld not receiving higher honors for him with the continued rejection of the soldiers in his command.
