A bit of a worry locally as no local Trusts are supporting apprenticeship. Partly due to 3 of them merging but our course will not survive . They stopped U/g training at UEA and the apprenticeship will go if we don’t get support.

This nonsense needs to be sorted out once and for all. How on earth can nurses advise on ,for example, what’s best for physio’s!

Not inspiring I have to say. Move to prevention is the right thing to do but that’s a whole societal culture change. All for using digital tech to improve outcomes but are they aware of the woeful IT infrastructure and procurement situation? Not to mention staff training to achieve. First thing cut!

Disappointed to see plans for nursing and medicine, but nothing specific I can see for AHPs, HCS and support staff. Whilst Drs and nurses need to be supported, there are many other roles in the NHS and healthcare that are forgotten about. And being an ODP you are aware of the challenges we face.

It’s not good enough. He (Hoff) has not been helped by injury (what’s going on there?),
but he’s has had 40 games to sort the defensive frailties but made no progress/transition. Big summer ahead but just feel the relegation threat may well be an issue next season if we continue with this project.

That was the worst performance for me since the Colchester game and we scored in that! This transition is getting a bit painful and we can also now look forward to paying more for our ST to watch it! Lovely!

That was truly dreadful tonight. Only Mahovo came out with any credit. Teams has sussed out our one dimensional style of play. Hoff is unable to influence or change things. Strange subs also.

That was truly awful performance by Norwich to night. Ponderous, lack of creativity, slack passing … etc. Doubts about this project big time.

Again spot on it . Along come Norwich all over it indeed! So ponderous in our play first half. When we move it just a bit quicker we are so much better. Still this has been a theme in our inconsistent season.Sometimes it looks really good and then we are our own downfall.
