I need your help. Is there any software tool (MacOs) that can quantify and track in a movie how many flies are on or at the red dot in the middle of each well, and how long they spend there? I am asking for a friend :)

Reconstitution of gradients still fails but I am sure it will be there. Proteins like VPS13, which build channels between membranes, are super exciting, but how is directionality controlled?
