These responsibilities are now redistributed among the limited officials we have, including technical staff, putting our team at a clear operational and competitive disadvantage. Despite various challenges linked to United States regulations, the determination to compete with dignity has prevailed. This understanding of what it means to earn the applause of supporters both on and off the island is inspired by the many proud moments that define our national sport. We express our gratitude to everyone involved, including the athletes and coaches who are about to travel to Arizona to finalize their preparations.
