Revisited Van Gogh's Irises by Pictura Fragrans—this time on skin—and what a different experience!

Delicate and dirty with a hint of something that comes across as paint. I am already enamored by the story it tells. Angsty inner art kid approved, and at $35 for 8 ml, it is a must have.

This was me last month after seeing yet another beautiful post about Chanel N°5. When temptation and bargains collide, it's impossible to resist!

I had no idea there were so many scents in the Alien collection. I don't think I've ever read anything negative about any of them, which is impressive!

I don't think the people who gender scents even understand what they mean. Pierre Guillaume is a master of leather notes, and who doesn't enjoy vanilla? Adding this to my list.

The star anise has me in a chokehold! But I am on the fence about whether it's a scent I'd want for myself, or if it's one of those scents I'd enjoy more on someone else.

It's My Pyre is the remnants of a bonfire—the salty smell of cold ash in the morning.

Morosexual is someone who wears vintage blazers and regularly dwells in the same corner of the coffee shop with their journal/sketchbook.

This box and label design makes me think of luxe 1960s wallpaper, like something you would have seen in the bathroom of a swanky club. Also love a fluffy scent!

I do have it! I keep walking past it and thinking, "Ooh I need to read that," and then I forget or get sidetracked. 🫠

She slaps you in the face and then kisses your forehead. What's not to love? It's easily in my top 10 favorite fragrances. Grateful to finally have a bottle that doesn't leak.

Okay now it's giving me clean bunny cage and a fluffy bunny that has recently been bathed with a fancy all-natural honey shampoo.

I'm still waiting for it to settle, but the manuka honey note is spot on! It reminds me of the honey I used to buy that I referred to as "bee fart honey" because it was so unrefined it almost smelled dirty. 🤤

Highly recommend if your heart needs a dose of something magical and uplifting.

What a beautiful description. Their execution of tea notes is flawless, and to this day these are the only tea-centered fragrances I've tried that haven't gone soapy on me. (Private Teahouse is my obsession.)

I'll be riding this high for awhile. Perfumery isn't a thing in my area, and all the big fun events aren't easily accessible to me due to travel costs, so it was truly special to be able to share a smelly experience with others. I also came home with a couple of bottles I plan to post about later!
