One thing that really stuck me:
all these restrictions on what youre allowed to draw horror from
Taming down the horror so much
and then the final "works dont necessarily need to be horror themed"
...
What's the POINT of making a HORROR zine then????

They even restrict the *mediums* you can use for your art, the format of the poems, and the *lore* you’re allowed to draw on like….
For example- horror classic Dracula breaks several of these rules.
It’s giving “gimme a cheese with NOTHING” energy

Like at this point I NEED to believe it’s a troll to protect my own sanity bc otherwise it means that there are people in the arts/writing community who are really *that* nuts.

The Horror Zine with all of its rules and restrictions has got to be some kind of performance art or at least a troll or something…
I almost refuse to believe it’s serious. There’s no way some actual adult human being wrote that with serious intent or a straight face…right??
