Been a bit of a break from Madmartigan to remake Kit's shirt for a photoshoot with my students, but Kit is now done so now I am back to working on Mads! His Hip protectors are coming along nicely!

Found out it was a bit too long, so I had to cut off a part of the bottom, and honestly, I like it much better this way!

Wait I thought the whole selling point with BD is that it was region free? Am I so out of the loop that that's not a ting anymore?

Charmed one is VERY misleading though because it says it has only Norwegian, Danish and Swedish dubs but it actually has like 20 different subtitle tracks if I remember correctly. Including English for hard of hearing (my saving grace omg)

Xena for example is very frustrating because my first few seasons are Norwegian produced and only have Scandinavian subs. But 4-5 are region 2 from UK and got no subtitles 🥲🥲 I don't think I can even get it with English sub!

Hell, I usually prefer to have English subtitles on because I can't always focus without it, and Norwegian is just ... corny to hear or read. So if I find like THE movie or show that I want and see that it doesn't have English subs... I try to find another version 😅😅

I know that Norwegian releases EITHER only has Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Finnish sub and only original dub (MAYBE Norwegian dub but that's usually only for kids movies) or it has every sub you can think of and more, and usually Spanish, French or German dub. No in between.
