A month or so back, I saw a submission call for a frog themed lit mag, so I wrote a haibun about a frog who’s got some things to get off his chest. Croak Lit is a delight and I am so glad to be in this first issue.

If you’re in need of levity, as I am, please check out the inaugural issue of Croak, a literary magazine devoted to all things frog (toads grudgingly accepted, according to their guidelines). I’m delighted to have a poem in this issue and I hope you enjoy it. Many thanks to the editors 🐸

Insanely tiny and beautiful frog perched on the end of someone's finger. It's a Vietnamese moss frog, and its skin looks like moss and tiny jewels and beads. It's eyes are large and iridescently green
