Her scripts are truly ribbit-ing. Frog puns aside, she is an amazing writer and does a wonderful job of introducing us to certain aspects of Asian culture in her works. Kelle: Froggy's writing is so rich and full of life. The characters are so interesting, and the settings and scenes are set so intentionally. Her sound design is equally impressive, especially when it's paired with her own script! Ms. Architease: Sabertoothfrog brings an immersive quality to both her storytelling and sound design. Her scripts center mature characters with creativity, and her technical skills add depth that makes each piece feel truly lived-in.

I rarely include physical descriptions in my stories and am particular when it comes to pet names. The spicy scenes are my least favourite parts to write, but the funniest to do sfx for. It's good to know that there are peers and veterans I can reach out to any time for advice or opinion.

I'm currently doing some sound design work and one script for a couple of seasonal collabs to be released this year. First up is the 4Plays collection. It combines my current favourite thing with a lifelong obsession - AE and ghost stories. It was inspired by folklore/urban legends of Southeast Asia, particularly Chinese. "Next Time Around", performed by VelvetSwoon, is very special because it was my first script draft and her first recording attempt. The full audio became available on Under Covers Audio exactly one year after we "dabbled". "Spellbound" performed by Cassian for Quinn was the first time I did the sound design for my own script so I pulled out all the stops. It was an interesting exercise in "if I can script it, I can do the sound design for it".

The people I’ve interacted have been incredibly warm and welcoming to someone as avoidant of social circles as me. I feel like I’ve made a few good friends even for someone as infrequent in my presence here as I am. And just the general space to be able to go on a feral rant one day and a more serious heart-to-heart the next and have all the like minded support and/or genuine advice has been liberating and enriching. The creativity in this space is wild. And I absolutely love how generously people share it and expand on it here. I know some think posting your stuff is THE thing, but at least for me, I’m getting my dopamine way before that…when I read, record, write and am completely lost in the ”making of”. It’s the best.

I think the script is exciting and I had so much fun putting myself in that role and within that role, into other roles. I love reading the narration style of this script. Four Seasons Of A Relationship - I loved this script by u/missywri1es since I joined reddit (posted around the same time) and I tried recording it a few times before, but it never sounded right. When I finally got it out later this summer, I ended up loving the whole creation even more. It’s such a beautiful script! > Mystery project - this is a current WIP and it’s so much more ambitious than anything I’ve done before.
