The shower chair has a back and arms, and the arms have a grey grippy material on them for support. The chair also has multiple holes on the seat for water to drain. There's a black detachable shower head placed on the seat, with the hose attached out of frame. The stall has a cubby for placing items in the center with a rod to hang a rag on. There's soap by DOVE and Native placed in the cubby.

I just got abdominal surgery and I also have POTS, but the surgery was the tipping point to invest in a basic shower chair. Highly recommend. Was about $45 on amazon. I should've invested in one long ago tbh. Makes showering less of a hazard and a chore.
