Manga collection update on a new bookcase. Top shelf is oddball paperback sizes and rare & out of print mainly Dark Horse horror manga from Kazuo Umezu, Toru Yamazaki, Hideshi Hino, & Kanako Inuki. Third shelf is all Junji Ito. 4th shelf is Kazuo Umezu with some Battle Royale & Fire Punch

School Zone by Kanako Inuki is a horror manga series written 1996-1999. This 2006 English print by Dark Horse manga was super hard to find a complete set. The 3rd volume is so rare I had to to purchase a library copy from Australia. Iβm currently reading this and really enjoying it.

Orochi by Kazuo Umezz was originally written June 1969 - August 1970. These hardcover βperfect editionsβ released by Viz in 2022. Solid classic horror manga for more suspense and psychological horror rather than body horror or sci-fi horror shown in The Drifting Classroom.

Found a manga βholy grailβ. Originally printed in 1965, Reptilia by Kazuo Umezu is known as one of the first Horror manga as we see it today. This English translation from 2007 has been out of print and hard to find.

Updated my book storage, this is my upcoming reads shelf. About 1/4th through Tomie, after that book I have 3 more Junji Ito books and Iβve read all his work translated in English. Starting on Kazuo Umezz books after I finish Itoβs.
