Glad I got to experience the White House before they butchered it.

That evening we were able to return to see the West Wing. Before entering we were given a small book with this letter inside. I understand that this is specific to the West Wing, but it encapsulates my feelings toward the building as a whole. I only wish the current administration understood that.

Seeing the destruction of the East Wing of the White House has me sick. I was honored to have been given a tour of the White House last year. I remember how I felt walking those halls. Living history. A truly patriotic feeling. To see an administration so blind to that is stunning and disturbing.

I don't have the vocabulary to describe how truly amazing Bruce Springsteen is. I've seen him 8 or 9 times and every show is as great as the last. He has ALWAYS called out shit when he sees it. DJT can hate all he wants, but the problem was never Bruce.
