Josep Borrell: this is not a political decision. This is a decision by an international Court and have to be implemented.
This decision is binding and all parties of the ICC, which include all EU member states, are obliged to implement it.

Javier is very right here in calling out Europe's continuing predicament regarding Russian gas - we don't want it but can't (yet) seem to fully quit it. But the answer isn't "more gas from somewhere else", it is "less gas in general", in line with the EU's climate targets. (1/5)
