Frigid cold here in Western PA has the kid home from school and me baking up a sourdough storm to warm our souls and our bodies. The dough riser allowed me to pull off a loaf of sourdough in 8 hours in my 100 year old kitchen that doesn’t have its own radiator. Sourdough choc chip cookies—yum!
