im a couple days into keeping a dream journal, nothing is ever detailed enough for me to see clocks or even think about counting, usually i don't even exist in the dream, im gonna journal for a few weeks before i give up tho haha

this is also really esoteric but ive spent my whole life ruled my restrictive behaviors and now that i dont have them im kind of just wondering why all personal impact is reduced to our restriction of spending (the only resource the average person has i guess)

i think its because the central ask is to focus or care about your finances in this world where your personhood is dimished to your finances and i kind of just dont want to look at it and literally my existence harms the planet so why care

i think i was really interested in 'no-buy' as a concept of like developing barriers between yourself and advertising, protecting your finances, thinking about waste and personal impact, or like w gacha spending--questioning your own exploitation....but now i just kind of don't give a fuck
