I revisited old accounts of mine on DA and FA and omg seeing artist new post be delivered straight to your notifs and neatly sorted. Love that. The joy I felt knowing they’re still drawing out here in this crazy world also was nice

I been back on Bluesky for a few days from a 2.5 month break and I truly can officially say I defeated the FOMO feeling of social medias with feeds.

I do not enjoy posting things to a feed with an infinite scroll. I realize that’s part of why things feel meaningless for me on similar sites.

My aunts and mom would overhear stories from me and my cousins' past and told us it's sad how much they missed out on cause of work.

Inspired me to give Esi that dilemma. She's at least vocal about it, and she has ppl who will hear her, not guilt her. (well her family guilts her on everything ngl)

Esi yearns to be a homemaker, but her life was full of housekeepers and eventually Mazi, who was her cooking-and-cleaning boyfriend, now her husband. Mazi never asked her to change, but she feels guilty about always being at her big job. ;3; Mazi is doing his best so she can have more days off tho.

The husband walks into a smoky room. His wife tried to make pancakes for their small child, but she can't cook well. The burnt pancake falls from the pan and breaks the plate. Everyone is shocked

Esi tries cooking, Mazi is concerned, and Adia is scared.
