Finished watching Kageki Shoujo.
It's a bit of a difficult watch given how it goes into some rather touchy subjects, but it handles them in a realistic manner, and it IS a good, well-written show.

Anyway, I need to watch something cute and soft with an all-female cast after this.

I played this SO MUCH on SNES back in the day! I still kept coming back to it even after getting SC2K for my Win98 PC because the vibes are just Imaculate~

Of all 'PC games' I played back then, the Sim City games are some of the few I don't mind going back to even today!

She's a lovely and cutieful bundle of energy that spreads positivity everywhere she goes~❤️

I also just LOVE her sheer determination! When she puts something in her mind, she'll see it through come what may! And her infectious enthusiasm really helps drive her friends forward~💕

This version is WAY better than people make it up to be!
Though they Definitely learned how to better use the GBA hardware in the two sequels.

I also kinda like the super bright graphics tbh, makes some stages A LOT easier to see... And the lil' animals walking around is a nice touch!

I'm not refunding it btw, that'd be a very $#!tty thing to do to an indie dev, especially for a game that's so clearly made with love by and for 90s arcade racer fans, and for the right kind of person (not me) the vibes here are going to be VERY pleasing!

Bought it, first impressions: VERY mixed...
There's A LOT to love here, the controls are good, I love the drift-chain mechanic, the track design is unique...

There's just ONE Big Flaw that prevents me from loving it: The physics. They're SO Frickin' Janky, it bogs down the whole game...

I just like hearing folks talk about fighting games in general... Especially if it's old/obscure/niche fighters! I found out about SOOO Many Games I went on to love that way!
