The NYT thinks that judges refusing to give Trump's DOJ the benefit of the doubt is "eroding the healthy functioning of the courts."

For democracy to survive, judges need to be more skeptical and impose greater sanctions for DOJ's lies.

I was against fighting under a different set of rules than Republicans before it was cool. Lots of professors and good gov groups attacked me. Even some in the party.
