This chart clearly shows that what Democrats believe about the economy lines up with objective reality, whereas Republicans will believe whatever they are told to believe by the charlatans in charge of their cult. Democratic opinions acknowledged the pandemic, the recovery, *and* the current market.

ICE admits that up to 50% of arrests in its Chicago raids are "collateral.” These aren't statistics. They are parents taken from their children, neighbors taken from our communities. When does a "collateral" U.S. citizen child's trauma matter? This isn't law enforcement; it's a campaign of terror.

Almost every one of these civilians will sue. And almost every one will win—as no thought was put behind the abuse of them by this government. The litigation will stretch from coast to coast and extend decades. Folks do not realize the mountain of lawsuits coming. It could paralyze our legal system.

We are ruined.

Do people realize that Trump and Miller are creating so many valid civil causes of action that taxpayers will be paying billions of dollars—if not tens of billions—to their innocent victims and their families over the next 25 years?

America will be digging itself out of a hole for decades to come.

Every court Trump is before must take notice of the fact that the litigant has declared that if any court holds up his agenda, he'll declare martial law. That is a threat against these courts and an attempted coercion of federal officials. Just so, media and pols' jobs *require* civil-war protocols.

I do not need to be told that media helped create this problem. Or how many politicians let us down. And I'm a journalist rather than an activist, so no need to tell me to come up with a plan. Trump has said what he'll do, and those entities with a responsibility for responding must act accordingly.

Every judge who acts like it's 1995, not 2025—like the system can work at exactly the thick-porridge pace it has operated at for hundreds of years, because we're not actually in any sort of emergency—isn't meeting the moment.

More importantly, they are not upholding their Oath to the Constitution.

The moment that judge failed in their duty, an order came from Miller or some other fascist in the government to accelerate the invasion of Illinois by 1000% to get boots on the ground before the judge could issue a ruling. Once boots are on the ground, enforcing a ruling becomes almost impossible.

The judge in Oregon understands America is under a literal imminent fascist assault; the judge in Illinois does not. This is how we tell the difference. Trump and his goons face no irreparable harm, but Illinois does. The injunction needed to be issued immediately, before the illegal invasion began.

MORE: Minutes after this happened, video emerged of ICE officers on the roof of a facility in Portland firing rubber bullets at protesters outside the facility—not on facility grounds—who were merely standing and looking at the building.

No violence, no crimes, no disruptions. They were fired upon.

BREAKING: Stephen Miller—both Trump Administration capo and de facto head of DHS, ICE, and DOJ, has just declared that peaceful protesters are "street terrorists." Under an executive order signed by Trump just days ago, that means he is saying that all protesters in America can be arrested on sight.

It seems clear—I think to everyone, now—that a false and illegal invocation of the Insurrection Act is coming before the end of the year. Media outlets should be telling us how they will prepare for this potential Treason. State governments should be telling us. Activists should be developing plans.
