Done in a sketchy semi realistic style: A Rat, who is covered in both pustules and emerging crab-like appendages, and human teeth emerging from it's tail, is baring it's teeth in the middle of a tunnel made of muscle tissue, with a background of repeated circles interrupted by black holes. There are gaps in the muscle tissue in the wall that contain more pustules, with an eye on the right side of the wall emerging alongside the pustules.
