Well, over the past few days we've been getting visits from a very distressed looking fox in our yard - causing havoc on the part of our two resident hounds

For a couple of days we managed to shoo the poor animal away, but today it's back and not leaving easily

So we called the fire dept

Our leafy Brussels municipality recently alerted residents to an epidemic of mange among the fox population and offered advice for what to do if a sick or injured fox turns up in our backyard: basically, try to scare it off and if it won't leave, then call the fire department
