Honestly I don't think it's a "can it do it" issue as it's a power demand issue. Docked mode demands more power draw not just stronger hardware. Even if you were to flip the switch to play in "docked mode" games might murder the battery.

Short version because people aren't reading the blog

- "dislikes", essentially just a "not interested" button, private, doesn't effect anyone but yourself

- "Social proximity", puts people you know at the top of comments

- "Reply context", shows people full thread before they reply

Who cares about game of the year at this year's game awards when Mario Sonic and Kirby are going to be battling for best racing game. I'm so much more excited for that.

Dexit was like 6-7 years ago and they promised they would launch multiple avenues where we could use our Pokemon as a compromise and I still haven't seen that yet.

Ok so here's the plan. No streams until Friday night or Saturday.
The next streams will focus on Luigis Mansion 2 and Oxenfree. When one of those is finished Night in the Woods will rejoin the block. Halloween already passed in universe so it's fine if it passes Halloween.

But an expensive one! He could also just complain about windows fuckery for free. I would only do it because of a passionate hate for windows lmao.

That said, actually. I feel like if I were in your position I'd have a Linux streaming computer and have the super powerful desktop plugged into a capture card like it's some kind of console.

Just in case I get any visits. I do have issues while streaming under Linux, mostly to do with comparability of software. But the issues I have FAR outweigh problems I had with windows. Updates, loading, booting, rendering blender animations. Everything functional has improved.

So they're right. But also for your case they're dead wrong.

I have recently swapped to Linux and will be honest with you.
My computer in general works a lot better and I can even render videos faster. However, even though proton is a miracle comparability layer, it is more demanding than native. I actually have my vtuber running on a windows laptop.
