Did my first “turn and burn” this morning: bisque load out, glaze load in. Keeping that kiln chugging.

I paid a visit to the Martha’s Vineyard Museum today and was surprised to find a piece of my personal history on display. I designed and painted this sign close to thirty(!) years ago. The Luce House Gallery is long gone, but it’s nice to see that someone held on to the sign. 😊

How I spent my first night of summer… watching Jaws with an enthusiastic crowd and a live orchestra! Richard Dreyfuss even made a brief appearance. Fun night. 🦈

Ages ago, I was cutting paper with a mat knife when my cat jumped up on my desk. I picked her up, placed her outside the room, and shut the door. Went back to my desk, no mat knife. I know I didn’t have it in my hand when I moved the cat. I looked high and low for that thing and NEVER found it. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
