Injury, flu, covid ... last run recorded on my app was 8 Aug. Just been out for a short one, didn't cough a lung up but was really hard work and already a bit stiff. Will take it easy and get back to some decent runs in a few weeks.

Been out along Parliament Rd, Middlesbrough today publicising our meeting. One of mum's carers says it's a "no-go area for white people."
