I've been suffering severe mental and physical anxiety since Christmas, when I had a major panic attack. Nothing I've tried has helped. I'm unable to do much work to make ends meet and now I need to drop money on a doctor (I have no insurance.) Anything helps.

I tried so hard to prevent this, but I'm literally falling apart. I can barely eat and sleep. Thought I had it under control for almost a week, then my health took another nosedive. I feel like my body is trying to tear itself in half.

Went to therapy two times now (I basically have the money for half of the sessions needed and am just hoping to make the rest in time) and while I slightly expected to have ADHD... I somehow didn't see the AuDHD diagnosis coming at all. Dunno why, it seems so obvious now after the fact, lol.

totally obsessed again with full metal alchemist (brotherhood). the lore, the music, the art style, the characters, the cities and just everything. that anime is a masterpiece. listening to "to be king" on full blast and just being happy.

our hamster (may she rest peacefully) had the same issue. it was a constant back and forth between everything is nice and calm - then suddenly you have to rush to the vet. i get you. but man... they are so worth it. 💐❤️
