I'm pleased that a 2023 Supreme Court of Canada decision in a case I was involved with was helpful to the plaintiffs in this new Ontario decision.

This a great decision from the Superior Court of Justice in Ontario.

Too often, 2SLGBTQI individuals, or their allies are falsely labeled as "groomers" who put children at risk for abuse.

I hope this decision helps others on the receiving end of similar defamatory and hateful statements.

i wish that more people had listened and paid attention when trans people started facing attacks years ago. i wish you all had seen it as a threat to you, too.
