LOP borrows from Bloodborne is so many deep and varied ways. world design, vibe, characters and enemies. so much was inspired and taken. Talking to NPC in windows. even individual weapons and costumes.

"Lies of P" [2023 Neowiz] is probably my fav game of all time. It's combat and boss design are sublime. It's combat parry and dodge feels so good. The lore and story is excellent. In level design FromSoftware is truly better.
Only now do I see how deeply LOP was influenced by Bloodborne
Finished base game and headed into DLC.
I have some thoughts
First released in 2015 Bloodborne is a tremendous work of art that still feels great to play.
I enjoyed it more than Elden Ring, but far less than Sekiro.
But one game in particular that I found myself constantly referencing...
