Dealing with the fussy embarrassment of them not wanting to admit how much they enjoy having their control taken away, just pouting, arms crossed, and with a frustrated scowl on their muzzle as they nurse on their bottle and gently wag their tail

I love the idea of being a pathetic diaper boy against my will, but the constant babying and humiliation actually melts my mind til I only whine, fuss, giggle, drool, and babble.

You're allowed to just stop using the toilet. Many people do, and enjoy it.

You can just go back to diapers. Potty training can just be a thing you tried for a while but never meshed with. It's allowed.
