I borrowed a copy of this from the library when I was maybe 12 or 13. I taped it and spent the summer listening to it over and over on my walkman.
Every song on here is like a time machine and even now, every time I listen, something new reveals itself. It's magic.

Brilliant episode of the @scarredforlife.bsky.social podcast with Joe Cornish this week. I feel like he's now transferred his last scar to everyone that heard it, like the curse in The Ring. The most insane thing to be described on any episode and not even close.

Fantastic episode. Ellis is great value on any podcast, but especially when he's let loose on music or football.

One of my favourite records of the last few years. Singaporean metal giants Wormrot's 2022 masterpiece "Hiss".
Grindcore, thrash, punk, hardcore, black metal, avant garde... it's got it all.

An all-time top 5 punk record for me. It's insane how relevant the lyrics are, still.
I've been particularly taken with "What Can You Do" recently.

Supreme early grindcore. A genre born in the widening gyre. An explosion of anger and disgust as blistering, furious punk and extreme metal.
