These readings and video emphasized that evidence based therapies are not as practical and solid as the name leads one to believe. I feel even more motivated to explore other forms of therapy, knowing that supposedly less "scientific" methods can be more effective. @drwilliamsharp.bsky.social

I believe that should a psychologist be brought in to consult in interrogation, it's necessary to regard the subject within the lens of a patient, using their knowledge to extract answers but not using the psychologist as an encyclopedia of harmful knowledge. @drwilliamsharp.bsky.social
