I'm sorry you (and your daughter) had to go through this. I was a PICU nurse. I feel like I raised a boy with leukemia (when he was 4 years old). Shhh; even though I loved all my patients, he was my favorite patient of all time. I can't wait to read your book. I hope both of you are okay now.
