I was tempted with a wee bet, Aberdeen 6-1 at home tonight against Celtic. Surely its got to be an away win? The Dons are dugshite at the minute.

I put the initial hours in on guitar wi Scott as a kid, I partly blame him for my addiction to music. I’ve now progressed to using 6 strings instead of the one.

This is usually the kind of thing I love , but sometimes the pad & sample choices really stand out to a nerd like me. I swear my audio music tech days kind of ruined music for me. I miss when I could just listen without dissecting every little detail. It’s a blessing and a curse.😒

I listened to it and recognized a lot of the synth patches from Logic’s Alchemy library. It’s not bad, but it leans more toward the New Age side of things. Since I’m on Logic Pro all the time, it kind of feels like I’m listening to a sample disc lol

Not sure how accurate this would be as it doesn’t take into account plays from physical formats. Still it pretty much sums up my taste.

I suppose what I was really trying to say is that a musical genius can be hiding in the places you’d least expect.

I was a huge fan of The Future Sound of London. When I found out Max Richter had co written “Max” on Dead Cities in the ’90s, I paid attention.
By 2002, I bought his solo debut, Memoryhouse, without hesitation. Fast forward to 2026 his music is everyehere in film. From techno to Tchaikovsky. #NP

Occ health team has advised me not to return to work until I’ve had my steroid injection for my shoulder… which isn’t until midMarch 😱
