MUSHROOM

A small pair of pearl oyster mushrooms grow from the side of a moss speckled elm log and glow with spring sunlight. Their gills flare out under their caps, which roll downward along their edge like a wave transfixed in time. All photos by me

I REMEMBER THIS

A pointed eared woman stands in a triumphant pose that's not too triumphant, her right foot out a tiny bit with her heel to the ground, left hand on hip and right index finger beside her left cheek, with sparkles shining brightly around. She wears a mariners coat and tricorn hat with an eye patch over her left eye, both are a navy blue. The coat additionally has popping yellow buttons, trims and pockets. She additionally wears simple white hemp pants and some hiking boots. She stands on a wooden platform with a color gradiant background where yellow shifts to orange like a morning sunrise from left to right. The Outfit is a sort of low budget take on the cereal mascot Cap'n Crunch cereal as part of my free companies regularly scheduled weekly map night theme. That week we did Mascots, and I was being super secretive about what I would do with mine. As for this photo, I had converted my apartment into a gpose studio I saw online and wanted to try out, where it was good for playing around with light settings in game. I don't think it saw much use by anyone, so I since changed it up. This was a test photo.

This was #FFXIV 7.0 #gpose on my older computer. Context in Alt Text, but older screen now before new stuff later tonight.

I use an AMD graphics card in a fancy new computer I got a while ago, and didn't realize it wasn't detecting XIV client by default. So I fixed it, alongside some other settings and I think there is an improvement.
