I've been compiling this list since yesterday afternoon, and am heartened and moved by the generosity of Portland's food world - restaurants, food carts, cafes, farmers markets. 33 businesses so far are providing free food/meals to SNAP recipients. #snapmeals #portland #bridgetownbites
