You cannot get building permits with the government shutdown, as all non-essential government services, including permit processing, are halted. This means they should have posted permits over a month ago if they got them at all.

I'll agree to disagree, respectfully. Rule 62 of the IHL says uniforms and flags of the opposing force shall not be worn but I think using another nations flag while that nation is hosting a meeting with your warring enemies is kinda gray area on war time crime.

1990 I was 16 and there was a raid on a shop I was in with my parents. The VPD cop put us all face down on the floor and proceeded to step on my head, repeatedly being told I was only 16 they still loaded me up in the back of the truck and took me to the booking place and held me for hours.
