Does anyone think that Trump dislikes California not only because it is a 'blue' state but also because it is liberal, free thinking and the home of the arts in terms of cinema in Hollywood and where the actors gather for work and leisure? And of course it seems to be a dislike of L.A in particular.

The Gaza thing will not get off the ground. He's only in Office for 4 years and in 2 years you have the mid-term elections for congress. There will be a Democratic come back and things will eventually begin to turn as people get fed up with Trump.
