some people seem to legit get uncomfortable when disabled people acknowledge their own disability they like "YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY THAT STOP COMPLAINING AND WORK HARDER" 🙄

when you acknowledge your own disability you give yourself permission to put your well-being and needs first, before capitalist and ableist standards of productivity. Maybe this is why disability self advocates make capitalists and their boot lickers so uncomfortable.
