The Penguin was a weird deal. Norway owed the U.S. some money, and this was the payment. We didn't have a platform to use them, so the 60B got the launcher and upgrades to carry it.
Never fired or loaded in anger. Only ever shot for training and proficiency.
Interesting US had Norwegian missiles
