Why is ALL CAPS NOT OK, but all small is ok?

Not sure they're TS issues.

WSL is wonky. The TS lsp seems to crash because of memory issues. Native code should reduce memory usage and improve speed.

Second is CI and build tools, where speed is important. I've been using SWC, but using plain tsc would be nice to simplify setup.

Great work! I haven't been able to use TS in a quite a few places for while. This should change that.

I've occasionally seen Europeans end up in this kind of situation when they cross from Mexico, but usually it's because they haven't followed the waiver process correctly to be entering from a land border. Sounds like this woman had all her docs straight and is somehow still in custody a month later
