This is a Chronicles of Narnia reference.

*The plot of this book is basically "throuple thriller" and it seems quite bonkers honestly. In a good way!

Update on this, friend 1 still dropped the ball but I've moved on. Friend 2 has started engaging my comments and adding her own comments in the discussion section of the buddy read on SG. She was late to the party (I've now finished the book), but still fun to talk about it as she reads!

I started two buddy reads back in November. Two books, two different friends.

I faithfully read & recorded my thoughts in the discussion sections on Storygraph. Both friends dropped the ball.
