Well I spoke to the mental health nurse at my GP practice & she’s going to refer me to the social prescriber for a few things…

instead I spoke to someone who doesn’t know me and said I didn’t go to a pain clinic when I did & got a tend machine and some physio but granted it was during the pandemic in 2020 & there was no way to do anything F2F lmao
He said I didn’t attend which is not true😂 lockdowns?

Why am I only finding out now that my amazing rheumatologist resigned 😩

knew he went off sick & I was happy to wait (he was that good) but now only told he resigned in 24 despite my hospital letter saying it would be with him 😞

Sad NHS doesn’t take care of its amazing doctors

I couldn’t even post about it as my family were obsessively stalking my accounts & criticising constantly

Cos I asked for PIP (big mistake) it was negatively perceived. I was desperate & struggling. I was still recovering from an accident in Nov 24 where nearly lost an eye.

We lost *a lot* in 2025

was in therapy, nhs told me my life was too complicated @ the time & unstable to continue CBT

Fiancé was on a waitlist
& back on meds

I had to ask the police to reclaim a portion of my possessions from my own parents

was absolutely mental time

took a *lot* of work to transform our lives & start 2 recover

Soon after my fiance went off sick from work 4 1st time ever in his life w depression

was going thru employment issues. Told wouldn’t get help despite being most physically ill I’d ever been, couldn’t drive anymore

I suppose perspective wise this time last yr we had an unexpected visit from police on my fiancé birthday

Instigated by my own family

We got separated & questioned. I was asked if I was being abused & coercively controlled

It devastated us. We felt unsafe in our home

Like to have break every so many hours is something written into law.

Having lunch helps give you a break & for your own health & wellbeing.

She cba checking or helping cover for colleagues

We are covering off our own backs to our own detriment.

Absolute crap ‘manager’

Actually insane how poor management is that our manager isn’t making sure we can have our *legal right to a lunch break* cos are understaffed
Why? Cos 1 of our colleagues has been so stressed & upset by our managers erratic attitude & inappropriate comments they are off sick & speaking w union rep

You’d think maybe if I couldn’t have got basic English and maths….I may have been discovered in the 11 months of being there 😂

Like am I really going to have to explain that it is neigh on impossible to get an MSc and a BSc (hons) without my IGCSE/GCSEs and A-levels????

So gonna have to accept the scans as I’m not paying for new ones rn

Even when an assistant psychologist (needed 2.1 BPS accredited) they didn’t ask!!!

Had to actually dig out my qualifications as HR are emailing me about bringing them all in???

Don’t need a postgraduate masters degree or undergraduate degree for the job I’m in anymore, never mind a-levels…
