a drawing of a boat heating torwads an iceberg - lower temps still collide with ice but not as badly.

Museum of Broken Dreams, presented by We're Right Here. The graphic is bright pink. On a pale pink band at the bottom, four objects represent stories from the exhibition: Matches burning out, a cracked skateboard, a broken hourglass, and a smashed garden pot.
The Museum of Broken Dreams opens today in Parliament.
An exhibition of community-led projects that could have transformed Britain. The Museum reveals the depth of wasted potential in our country & makes the case for more #CommunityPower.

Quote from Rich Bell, Director of We're Right Here: “Together, these changes will help some local people band together and improve their places. But to truly unlock the potential in our communities, the government must be bolder — strengthening community control over services and spending decisions."
It’s a big day for our campaign: the English Devolution and Community Empowerment Bill landed in Parliament a few hours ago. Here’s what it means for communities: 1/5 🧵 #CommunityPoweredPolitics

Hello! We are going to start offering prints of church drawings! Going to start with a few runs to see how it goes. Any thoughts on which churches you'd be interested in? It's hard to figure out which ones would be popular! Thank you 🤗

GDP trend and mortality rate of enterprises and cooperatives (Italy)
The mortality rate of companies exceeds those of cooperatives for every year from 1999 to 2009. While cooperatives hovered around 3 to 4% (with a peak of 4.8% in 2005), companies hovered around 6 to 7% (with a peak of 7.3% in 2007).
A study on French businesses that transitioned to worker co-ops finds their three-year survival rates at 80-90%, compared to 66% for all French enterprises. Italian cooperatives had lower bankruptcy rates and proved more resilient during the 2008 economic recession.
