Orioles: C (Ward is very boom or bust and I dont think moves the needle that much)
Angels: B (Rodriguez when he was last fully healthy showed top of the rotation stuff in 2023, if he finally puts it all together next year being healthy again a steal)

Ward is a free agent after next season
